Offer Details:
This package is sponsored and subsidized by PT Indonesia MOC Services (MVCI) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan. MVCI has the discretion to change the participating resorts subject to its availability. Package includes accommodation for 4 days/3 nights in a Deluxe guest room at Renaissance Bali Nusa Dua Resort, for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old, and daily breakfast for 2 adults (“Package”).
 
Qualification:
This Package is designed for married/ de-facto couples with a joint monthly income in excess of IDR 90,000,000, both aged between 28 – 65 years of age. Attendance at a sales presentation about the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery for a time during the Package visit, except that such sales presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to availability. It is a condition of the Package that married couples travel and attend the sales presentation together. If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the sales presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package.
 
Package Price:
Package is complimentary. A pre-payment of estimated 11% government tax and 10% service tax (subject to changes by local authorities) must be made at time of registration or reservation request to reserve the stay. All taxes and applicable fees will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah. The full retail cost of the Package is up to IDR15,000,000 and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice.
 
Surcharge and Silent Day:
A surcharge is applicable at IDR 1,000,000 per night from 21 December 2024 to 7 January 2025, 29 Januanry to 1 February 2025, 26 March to 5 April 2025, 16 to 20 April 2024, 17 June to 13 July 2025, 1 to 7 October 2025, 21 December 2024 to 2 January 2025. No check-in and check-out on Silent Day (29 March 2025).
 
Restrictions:
This Package is limited to one per household. Additional nights, if available, will need to be booked via www.marriott.com at the best available rate. Airfare, transportation and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. Package price is non-refundable and Package offer is non-transferable. Reschedules will be subject to a fee of IDR 500,000. Cancellations, no-shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one (01) night’s accommodation (up to IDR 5,000,000). The purchase of this Package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy Points unless otherwise specified. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to directors, officers, agents, representatives, and employees of MVCI or Club Marriott and their affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 12 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by MVCI or its affiliates are not eligible for this Package. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
