He later refined his expertise at French restaurants in Tokyo.   In 2015, he joined La Vinée’s Ebisu store and played a key role in launching the Toranomon location in 2020. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of the Ebisu store, he is responsible for sourcing wines directly from France and is actively involved in planning and hosting wine events. With extensive experience and deep knowledge, he shares the richness of French wines—from classic to modern styles—with passion and authenticity.
