Experience the taste of Brittany maritime heritage, featuring the finest oysters from the renowned Cadoret family. With a rich history of more than five generations since 1880, Cadoret blends traditional techniques with innovation to produce world-renowned oysters, known for their unique cultivation at the confluence of the fresh waters of the Bélon River and the salty Atlantic Ocean. This includes ‘La Plate du Bélon,’ which is initially nurtured in the deep sea waters of the Atlantic and then refined in the Bélon River. Similarly aged for three years, ‘La Fine Cadoret’ is cultivated in the deep-sea waters of the wild Bay of Carantec and sought after for its delicate flesh and subtle oceanic taste.   During Cadoret Oyster Nights, guests can savor freshly shucked oysters, including ‘La Fine Cadoret,’ ‘L’Héritage,’ and ‘La Plate du Bélon’ varieties, served with a classic condiment and toasted rye bread to enhance the oysters' natural flavors. The hot and cold selections also include Cadoret ‘La Plate du Bélon’ Oyster Thai Salad, Cadoret ‘L’Héritage’ Tartare topped with Champagne foam, confit tomato, and basil pearls, as well as Ginger and Soy Steamed ‘La Fine Cadoret’ Oysters and Baked Cadoret ‘L’Héritage’ Oysters.
