This limited-time collaboration brings together two masters of Japanese cuisine to craft new seasonal omakase menus that harmoniously blend Kyoto-style precision with refined seasonal flavors. The main star ingredient this time will be fresh shishamo sourced from Hokkaido both male and female shishamo. While female shishamo is more commonly eaten, the flavor of male shishamo, which is rarely available, is exceptional.
