Join us for a 90-minute session for an engaging chocolate making class workshop led by our Executive Pastry Chef Nuntida “Nok” Panyabaramee, who is passionate about chocolates. Experience the art and craft of chocolate and delight in a chocolate making session with useful techniques for your own homemade chocolate bars and pralines to take home.   The immersive experience begins with a tasting session, where guests explore the notes and nuances of different chocolates before choosing their favorite to craft a delectable chocolate drink for a welcome beverage. Under Chef Nok’s expert guidance, guests will learn the art of tempering techniques and create a chocolate bar with a choice of toppings, such as nuts, dried fruit and candy. The journey continues with a chocolate praline session, where Chef Nok will showcase the delicate infusion of cream with tea and craft exquisite chocolate pralines filled with aromatic cream.   Designed to be intimate and relaxed, the classes are suitable for all guests, including beginners, ensuring an enjoyable experience for every attendee. At the end of the session, guests can take home their chocolate creations or give them as a gift to a loved one.   Sharing her extensive expertise throughout the Chocolate Workshop is Chef Nok, who specializes in crafting pastries and sweets using French techniques as well as making craft chocolates with unique flavors.
