This September and October, The Lounge invites guests to embark on a culinary journey through Portugal and Shanghai with a delectable lunch buffet.
The buffet spread features authentic Shanghainese delicacies such as Hua Diao Drunken Pigeon, Double-Boiled Chicken Soup with Yunnan Ham, Xiao Long Bao, Pan-Fried Bun with Pork, and Shanghai Dan Dan Noodles. Equally enticing Portuguese classics include Fried Prawn in Spicy Seafood Sauce, Mackerel or Sardine Assadas, Clam in Buttery Garlic in White Wine Sauce, as well as Portuguese Coconut Chicken. Apart from the above themed items, an impressive selection of dishes from the chilled seafood like mussels, prawns and Snow crab legs, salad and sushi bar, the noodle station, and the teppanyaki station will also tantalise your palate.
