Westholme Australian Wagyu Tasting Menu (à la carte delicacy selections available) The 5-course menu (HK$1,388 per person) begins with a delicate low-temperature aged Wagyu Carpaccio paired with Parmesan cheese and arugula. The main course features the slow-braised Ox Tail Rigatoni, showcasing meticulously selected ox tail simmered patiently over low heat until tender and flavorful. A defining highlight of the experience is the Westholme Wagyu Sampler, which harmoniously brings together four premium cuts to allow connoisseurs to experience the multifaceted character of Westholme Wagyu in a single seating. The curation features a high-temperature charcoal-grilled, juice-locked sirloin; a melt-in-the-mouth slow-braised beef cheek; and aromatic aged beef bacon alongside the handcrafted beef sausage.
