The Shellfish Bisque is slow-simmered to perfection with the essence of king crab meat, delicately perfumed with dill and enriched with sour cream. The Australian Striploin with Crab Oscar artfully harmonises the finest flavours of the Northern Pacific and the Australian ranch, presenting an exclusive limited-edition surf & turf gastronomic experience. The perfectly grilled striploin with rich marbling is crowned with opulent king crab meat and accompanied by Pommes Anna, tender US asparagus, and classic Béarnaise sauce. Alternatively, you may indulge in the Spicy King Crab Capellini, paired with Spanish chorizo, fresh chilli, spinach, and a vibrant cherry tomato sauce for a tantalising sweet-and-tangy medley. Lastly, conclude the soirée with homemade Champagne Grape Tart.
