The feast begins with a classic, crispy Roasted Suckling Pig, followed by the rich and savoury Baked Sliced Lobster with Cheese on Crispy Rice Cracker. A nourishing Double-boiled Pork Lung Soup with Fish Maw and Ground Almond offers wholesome warmth.
For the main courses, indulge in the premium Braised South African Abalone with Sea Cucumber in Oyster Sauce, while the Steamed Spotted Garoupa with Soy Sauce showcases the pinnacle of Cantonese steaming technique—its flesh tender and naturally sweet. The highlight is Celestial Court’s signature Deep-Fried Crispy Chicken, featuring golden, crackling skin and succulent meat, embodying the essence of traditional craftsmanship. And don't miss the fragrant Fried Vermicelli with Crab Meat, promising fathers an unforgettable festive dining experience.
