Chinese roast meat, locally known as Siu Mei, is a classic and historic Cantonese cuisine, as well as a staple of the dining scene in Hong Kong. The Michelin-starred Man Ho Chinese Restaurant at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong unveils an array of time-honoured Siu Mei delicacies, curated by Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang and the Head Chef of Chinese Barbecue Cheung Wai Hung with an authentic yet contemporary approach. The experienced culinary team guarantees that all Siu Mei dishes are served piping hot out of the oven with the finest texture and flavour for gourmands.
The first-in-town “Flying Roast Chicken” surprises diners with the distinct aroma and taste of a roast goose. Diners’ palate will be intrigued by the unique roast goose flavour, succulent chicken meat and crispy skin, all in one bite.
Other Siu Mei delicacies including Crispy Roasted Pork Belly, Signature Barbecued Pork with Honey Sauce, Marinated Baby Cuttlefish Stuffed with Preserved Vegetables and Smoked Baby Cuttlefish Stuffed with Preserved Vegetables.
