MICHELIN-starred Man Ho Chinese Restaurant is presenting a newly inspired dim sum menu with an innovative twist, created by Dim Sum Chef Leung Wing Pan and Executive Chinese Chef Jayson Tang to promise diners an elevated culinary experience. The dim sum dishes include steamed minced cod fish and shrimp dumpling with soy sauce; deep-fried sweetcorn pastries stuffed with mushroom and duck breast; baked preserved meat pastries with sun-dried tomato and onion; steamed shrimp and crab meat dumplings with vegetables, mandarin peel and Yunnan ham; and deep-fried diced barbecued pork dumplings stuffed with green pepper and preserved vegetable in peppercorn sauce. The list of new dim sum dishes is available during lunch daily, priced from HK$68 to HK$88 each (subject to a 10% service charge).
