The resplendent 8-course dinner menu entices discerning fathers with lavish dishes crafted with luxurious ingredients. Chilled Sashimi Scallop and Salmon Roe with Mayonnaise will freshen up your taste buds; Double-boiled Duck Soup with Kanto Sea Cucumber and 35-year Xin Hui Mandarin Peel is simply nourishing; Slow-cooked Duck with Salt and Chinese Herbs features hints of aromatic spices in the tender duck meat.
