For the main course, choose between the juicy Beef Wellington with Foie Gras or Seared Monkfish Fillet with Lobster. To end this extraordinary night, our pastry team has specially prepared a whimsical Tick Tock Tick Tock countdown clock-shaped chocolate dessert—a delightful finale to this celebratory occasion.
