After honing his expertise as a sommelier in renowned French restaurants across Tokyo, he joined the French wine specialist La Vine in 2015. Following a key role in launching the Toranomon boutique in 2020, he now serves as the Assistant Manager of the Ebisu location. In addition to sourcing wines directly from France, he leads the planning and operation of curated wine events.
