JW Café’s elevated dinner buffet features a multitude of expertly prepared Asian and international delicacies to impress every palate, among which, the new Chinese creations feature Braised South African Abalone with Chicken in Traditional Style, Braised Australian Fish Maw with Wild Millet and Ham, Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and Hua Diao Drunken Prawns. Other classic Chinese dishes include Braised Sea Cucumber and Goose Web in Abalone Sauce, Steamed Local Oasis Grouper Fillet, and a Roast Meat (Siu Mei) section featuring Peking Duck, Roasted Pigeon, and Barbecued Pork.
The Japanese station introduces an exclusive omakase experience, presenting two selections every night crafted with opulent ingredients to surprise diners. JW Café also offers assorted sashimi — including geoduck, akagai, surf clam, and salmon — alongside nigiri sushi and rolls made with premium Japanese rice.
Continue your gourmet journey with chilled seafood like fresh lobsters, crab claws, snow crab legs, brown crabs, and shrimps. To celebrate the reopening, the sought-after Crabalicious dinner buffet returns with limited availability from 16 October to 16 November, featuring Chilled Crabs, Steamed Xiao Long Bao Stuffed with Crab Roe and Crab Meat, Crispy Crab Shell, Steamed Crab with Hua Diao Wine and Chicken Oil, as well as other dishes boasting Asian and Western flavours.
