Indulge in meticulously crafted sustainable seafood dishes, such as French Blue Prawn Tartare, Fish Bar Crab Cake, Vietnamese Tiger Prawn Tacos, Spanish Red Prawn Pappardelle and Oasis Giant Grouper Fish and Chips. This June, the culinary team also introduces delicacies curated with sustainably caught French langoustines, such as Langoustine Ceviche accompanied with Langoustine Crisps, Pistachio Avocado Purée, and Melon and Cucumber Salsa. More to expect, the Langoustine Risotto, incorporating the Courgette Roll with Langoustine Mousse is another delightful delicacy to enjoy.
The langoustine dishes are exclusively available during the dinner period in June. Club Marriott members who enjoy lunch or dinner with 4 guests or above at Fish Bar on Father’s Day can receive a complimentary bottle of red, white and sparkling wine or a free flow of draft beer.
